Project Summary

To support its WELL Platinum ambitions, RCP partnered with flow²thrive to implement a neuroscience-based diagnostic survey, aligned with the WELL Building Standard. The scope covered:

  • 1 landmark building (The Spine, Liverpool, UK)

  • 130 employees invited

  • 5,000 sq ft of space

  • Single-language deployment (EN)

This project demonstrates how high-performing, sustainable buildings can unlock further value by focusing on human performance.

Key Project Outcomes

By combining WELL-aligned environmental data with neuroscience-based insights, the RCP could:

•Identify stress and cognitive load trends

•Highlight gaps in focus, recovery and movement behaviours

•Prioritise improvements in recharge areas & physical activity access

•Strengthen the link between building design & human performance
