‘’The challenges and opportunities of the future cannot be solved and designed based on thinking and methodologies of the past’’.

We spent last week in London, attending The World Happiness Summit and The Economist’s 5th annual Business Innovation Summit Harnessing AI: from fear to fortune.

It was a week full of interesting insights and inspiring conversations on AI, wellbeing, WELL Certifications, ESG; transformation and cognitive performance optimisation.

As you will see in our latest blog, we concluded that The future is bright for the curious explorers, the ones brave enough to experiment, fail and experiment again to finally discover and stay strong in the learning and insights they’re gaining in the process.

We also had the opportunity to meet Elizabeth Bachrad from Business for Health in person for the first time. Elizabeth is our fourth guest on the Sustainable Human Podcast, which you can listen to here.

Episode 4: Health: from risk to asset, the path to a more resilient, sustainable future of work

''We tend to think of health as a risk, which it is, but what about thinking about health as an asset? Then it will become our duty to also understand that we have an opportunity to account for everything that provides an opportunity to a business, not just the risk''.

Finally, we’re excited to announce that Linda Jarnhamn received a Changemaker 2023 Award from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

IWBI writes:
''This achievement is a reflection of Linda's leadership in creating people first places in 2023. It recognizes Linda as an advocate for health and wellbeing, and we're proud to see her being a part of this year’s impressive cohort being honored for our commitment to supporting clients, projects and the broader WELL movement.''

In 2022 and 2023 Linda served as an Advisor to the MIND Concept, and is now part of the Global Research Advisory team. flow2thrive is a Pre-approved Survey Provider for WELL Certifications, which is giving us the opportunity to be part of the WELL journey of companies from across the globe.

Later this spring we will also have the CEO of the IWBI Rachel Hodgdon on the Sustainable Human Podcast. It will be an interesting one to listen to for sure!

We’d love to hear from you. Please do reach out and share your thoughts, question and ideas!

Best,

Linda, Founder & Managing Director
